This exhibition features the history of Medellin different violence with versions narrated by various voices: those of the victims, who have suffered some or several of these violence; those of the victimizers, who talk through the facts; those of passive but not indifferent witness, who narrate in the third person; those of social and political actors that have led the facts to go one direction or another.
Narrative accounts, photographs, documents, objects, audiovisuals, and memory texts, this exhibit aims to encourage our role and position as a society within the conflict. It seeks to contribute to overcoming indifference and ignorance of violence and pain facts, to achieve understanding, cultural transformation and respect for life, towards a horizon of peace.
